As first time home buyers, we must say that Joe Fiorillo was a god-send! While it may be bias, we firmly believe he was the best realtor we could have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Before working with Joe, my partner and I had struggled for over a year in trying to figure out what we needed or wanted, and the logistics of everything that comes with purchasing a new home. My partner has a very chill personality, whereas I am a very Type A individual who needs to cross her T’s and dot her I’s. But once we started working with Joe, my stress and concerns in searching for our “perfect home” was instantly diminished. I will be forever grateful for the level of comfort and consideration Joe brought to us.

My fiance and I were searching for our first home in Winnipeg.  We did not have a real estate agent when we began looking.  However, when reaching out to view houses, Joe Fiorillo was always the first to respond.  We asked him to be our agent and he went to work quickly finding houses that met our criteria.  Communication with Joe was very quick and he was always available to answer any questions we had at any time.  He booked viewings for any house that we wanted to see and fit these viewings within our schedule.  He was very patient and met with us multiple times to explain the entire process of purchasing a house, including how to interpret listings and what to look for.  He was  incredibly helpful when determining offers and conditions.  Joe helped us find our first home and he made the entire process as stress-free as can be.  Joe also helped us find a local lawyer that closed for us and offered to help us find any other service required.  He provided a list of things to complete upon move in and even showed up on move-in day with a gift for us.  Joe is an honest, down-to-earth, family man that works hard to do the best he can for his clients.  We are very pleased with his services and hope to have him represent us again in the future.

Joe is an excellent real estate agent!  We were living in Southern Ontario and preparing to retire and move closer to family.  We found Joe through an online search, and he responded to our inquiry immediately.  We flew out for a few days and met with him, where he took considerable time and genuine care to get to know us and our next home needs.  He had deep knowledge and insight of the communities we were interested in and helped us shortlist it down.  Even though the website search presented many homes to consider; Joe knew we were looking for something special and was discerning when recommending properties to us. 

Finding a home remotely, compounded with pandemic travel restrictions, was tough.  We comfortably had Joe do the viewings by video chat or solo with a follow up call later.  When we found the one... we ALL knew we had found it!  Once we locked into it, Joe provided excellent reference info and guidance for shaping the offer.  With the offer accepted he stayed close every step of the way and had excellent referrals when asked.  He was our first guest to welcome us into our new home and continues to check in regularly to ensure all is well and offering help if needed.  We have moved several times over our careers, and WITHOUT HESITATION, we would recommend Joe for your next home purchase!

To say my husband and I were “property virgins” is probably a bit of an understatement. Not only had neither of us ever owned our own home, but we honestly had no ideas about the process, Our search started as a rather blind one, with me looking up open houses online to attend and scheduling a few viewings via email. During our search we met quite a few realtors, all of them nice enough, but the thought never once crossed our mind to employ there services. This all changed when we met Joe, however. He was the only realtor, who after showing us the property we had inquired about actually took the time to chat with us and get to the bottom of what we were really looking for in a property and to explain to us what we could expect. Although the property we had come to view that day was not “the one” for us we knew upon leaving that we wanted to work with Joe and no one else, Over the next few weeks, he patiently held our hands the whole way as we visted each property that piqued our interest and was always upfront about the pros and cons of each choice. When it came time to get approved for a mortgage and find legal cousel, Joe was there once again with helpful contact of his that we were grateful to have and make use of. If it wasn’t for Joe, I’m positive that we would not be looking forward to moving into our new home! We honestly could not have done it without him.
